Helen Zille has vowed not to resign after the Public Protector, Thuli Madonsela, accused the province for entering into a media contract illegally. This comes after Helen Zille promised to quit if Thuli's finding implicate her. She now claims that there is no wrong doing expressed in the report by Thuli Madonsela.
